We are doing for text content ads what Google did for search.

❗️The Problem and Opportunity
Marketers use keyword ads to drive powerful intent-based traffic. However, keyword search is saturated and set to decline with the rise of AI. Marketers are actively seeking new channels to leverage their growing digital advertising budgets. They are turning to sources like the hot-and-evolving Creator Economy.
Shared Vision combines the power of Keyword Marketing with the persuasion of Influencer Marketing to capture new and intent-based audiences. We tap into the new-channel test budgets from marketers as an initial go-to-market.
📈Market Size
Keyword Search Advertising, the Creator Economy, and Affiliate Marketing are all part of the story that makes up our vision of the future. Keyword Search Advertising remains largely an unchanged, yet a highly valuable marketplace. Affiliate Marketing is underutilized, and lacks incentives for awareness campaigns. The Creator Economy is rapidly growing and an excellent marketing channel but is hard for Advertisers to access.
We have created a new way for Advertisers to utilize a combination of these markets to sell and promote their brands, goods, and services. Our approach not only touches these markets but also expands them by opening up advertising inventory that was previously inaccessible.
🚀Our Solution
Shared Vision is an ad marketplace for Advertisers and Creators that provides keyword purchasing and keyword link placement in relevant content. We call it Creator Keywords. We bill Advertisers via a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and/or Cost-Per-Action (CPA) model. We pay Creators a percentage of the click and action revenue.
The Shared Vision approach leverages the personalization of the Creator Economy and the automation of AI to deliver results on keyword placements. This is a new capability for Advertisers to reach consumers within a Creator's content, at scale; including in websites, social media, YouTube, newsletters, and other platforms. This a “reverse” keyword purchasing engine.
🔨How it works
Advertisers use our system to find keywords. They pay a set price for each keyword during a campaign. Our AI places their keyword links in Creator content. Creators select the categories and Advertisers they want in their content. This allows Creators to maintain content quality.
For example, The Home Depot (THD) starts a campaign and searches for the keyword "tv mount." Our system finds relevant "tv mount" locations in our inventory. Our AI, Noah, adds hyperlinks for these keywords to the Advertiser's designated webpages. As pictured below.
Marketplace Winners
Advertisers tap into new, valuable ad inventory that drives high ROI.
Creators gain a new revenue steam without heavy lifting.
💸Our Business Model
We charge brands per-click or per-action for the keyword links that we generate and place. The pricing is dynamic and based on the demand of a particular keyword. We use the same model that Google and Facebook do to price our keywords to Advertisers. For example, the “email campaign” keyword ranges from $12-$50 per click.
Marketplace Rundown
Our model exists as a supply and demand marketplace. Creators make up the supply, Advertisers make up the demand.
Creator Side Platform (the supply): Our platform monetizes Creator posts through in-content linking. Our AI creates a profile of every Creator, each post, and the valuable keywords. It intelligently places hyperlinks onto their content. We pay the Creator per-click.
Advertiser Side Platform (the demand): The platform gives Advertisers a way to find new inventory. They find the keywords, purchase them and get the new traffic. They get access to Websites, Newsletters, Social Media, and YouTube.
Once the Advertiser starts a campaign, they are billed daily for the clicks. Our system monitors pricing, context, and location of the keyword-links to deliver the most valuable link in each situation. This benefits the Advertiser and the Creator.
We are raising to build out more supply and to test the demand side of the marketplace with Advertisers.

🏏Competition
The primary competitor to this model is Google and other keyword search advertising. For the time being, we do not directly compete with them. Part of our moat is that the inventory we are selling is not the same as Google keywords. We get to access marketing budget that is set aside for new marketing channels. This give us time before any significant budget shifts are tied directly.
Additionally, our moat is in our technology and how we deliver value to Creators. We give Creators tools that automate earning on their sites and content. This provides us with permissioned access to their posts. The profiles we create of the Creator and their content give us defensible IP. We do the same profiling of brands. Both profiles are unique to Shared Vision.
